Dear Parent/Carer
Please see the attached information regarding your son/daughter beingeligible to receive a nasal spray flu vaccine. The school nursing team will be in school on 13-12-21. Should you wish your son/daughter to receive their vaccine please complete the consent form which will be issued shortly and return to school on the day.
