KS3 Overview
Our students are taught in mixed ability classes. Students are offered a broad range and a balanced curriculum within a range of specialisms – singing, performance and playing a variety of instruments. Independent learning tasks and peripatetic instrument lessons allow students to develop their ability in Music and to progress as a sophisticated and advanced instrumentalist.
Students are provided with the opportunity to progress and improve their skills in every lesson. They are all encouraged to consider and to use their musical knowledge and expertise to enhance their performances through modelling and extensive practise. We welcome all students to attend the choir and the extra – peripatetic lessons that are available.
